Please tell me I don't have to remove a wing to get to the screen wash reservoir.

How do I get to it, I seem to have a leak and the blooming thing keeps emptying itself.

Hey JC,
You should be able to get to it by removing the plastic wheel liner.
There is a 10mm nut on the inside of the enginebay near the top of the wing and one further down that holds the bracket for the wing and bumper.
Leaks usually come from the join in the pipes.

There might be a 8mm bolt under the bumper holding the plastic wheel liner in place, there is a bolt on the bracket from the engine bay to the wing/bumper holding the bottle in place. all the 10mm nuts have captive nuts, before removing anything i would lube them all up and let them soak and have spare captive nuts, when replacing use waxoil on them.
The bottle is quite heavy when full, have you checked to see where its leaking?

No not investigated at all but I'm gettting nothing out and when I fill, it all runs out of the bottom of the car.

I'm going to get the car into the garage on Sunday to do a gearbox oil change so I'll investigate then.

The pumps can leak which can be seen when the wing liner is out.

I think the pump/s are shared with 75 and possibly 164 Question

Hey JC,
How did you get on with your leak from the water bottle, or were you busy with your other leak???
