Hello everyone,

I would like to know if airconditioned 33s do have an aircon filter (I know Alfa 164 does) and if so where it is located.

Thanks for your time... Laughing

Hi,

If you are reffering to pollen filter, then the 33 does not have one.

Best regards,

Hi,

Generally speaking, no there is not something to act like a filter as you state so.

However you can install some kind of filter in the rectangular area of the heater unit.

You can locate it in the engine compartment right below the winscreen wiper area and on top of your evaporator. You can remove this rectangular piece and install there a piece of filter used in the cooker-hoods. Very nice material which stops dust and dirt.

This is what I have done to my 33 in order to stop dirt from getting inside the heater matrix.

Regards

That's what I had in mind Gritsop.

It has been a number of times that I had pulled out the vents and the short square ducts behind them at the central unit of the ventilation 'box' to clear them up as they were getting dusty.

So I think I will get a piece of kitchen extractor filter to cut it in size to fit the opening of the car's ventilation to keep some dust out.

Thanks again for your time Laughing
