loose mounting?

Hey all - Just noticed an unusual (vibrational) clicking sound from the front of my 16v when ever I jerk or quiickly accelerate my car. Not sure if coming from suspension or engine bay but Sounds like a loose mounting but not sure where. Any one experience this prob before, before I send it to my mechanic?
