Hi
I have got a unused Ansa cross over exhaust manifold for a alfa flat four (part no 2681)
Is it worth advertising it on this forum

Yes! Can it be fitted on an 8v 1.3/1.4 or is it strictly 1.7 16V?

Hi
The exhaust manifold I have , I believe it may be for a 8v rather than 16v
engine. Unfortunately can find no reference on the ANSA website as to what flat four in what alfa it is to suit.
May email them to find out its application , (if they bother to reply)

Guy

if the brackets to mount it against the engine block are placed under a 90° angle from the 'length-axle' from the car the manifold wil fit any 8V model. of they are place approx under 45° it's 16V (which I would doubt, the only 16V manifold I've seen in a list was one from iresa).
This compagny does still make them new for the 8V's. I believe Supersprint has taken them out of their catalogue.

nice exhausts for soft prices

At
http://www.iresa-web.com/iresa.html
under Colectores de escape

3056 Alfa Romeo 33 16v. 374,12 €
Not cheap!
The alternative is the stainless steel 304 made to order from LongLife.
The performance manifold plus middle section costs £334
including fitting and vat.
If in the UK my suggestion is try them!
: "10% BHP is not uncommon, with about 4% more torque"

The Supersprint middle and rear are:

AL 230200 CENTRAL SILENCER RIF. 60560830
AL 230080 REAR PART WITH A ENDPIPE WITH DIAMETER 80 MM.

The one in the picture also looks similar to the one on my Sprint (the website pic looked like the same manifold for the Sprint).

It is not nearly as low as the old Ansa manifold that I had fitted to my first Sprint, which was fortunately very tough as it got a good few knocks - the car was running the standard height, too!

The CSC manifold looks a much safer bet, and hopefully cheaper as well!

My 'quickfit' rear box might well make way for a CSC rear job.

At approximately 300€ I wouldn't mind ordering one. Pitty it doesn't exist for the 16V. For my 16V the rest of the exhaust (middle and rear) should cost 300€ posting included. Think I'll give it a try.

Ja, but do they also do parts for the 33? I can only choose from the Guilia, Bertone GTV, or Spider on the parts list. Confused

hi,

click on 'het bedrijf' on the bottom of the opening page, then there's a link CSC sportuitlaten for benelux in the text about the company. Then you can choose to look at the site of CSC (where you can look for the partnmrs) and with that numbers you can go to the other link 'klik hier voor de prijzen' where you can find the matching prices. Prices are without BTW and posting.

Regards!
