Andy has picked 6 and therefore he gets the excellent opportunity to provide us with several rolls of black bags.

1,2,4 and 5 remain.

Hello ....

Ian, well number 1 is a big bag of toilet paper Laughing

Lee, 2 is tea towels, probably 4 of them.

That leaves 4 or 5 Paul... you take one and I'll have the other.

Thank you Gentlemen.

A five Mr. Hide? You get the Disposable BBQs mate.

Three or four would be good (probably only a quid each).

That leaves me with the tea, coffee and sugar!

Next to come are the things we all need to remember... (like documents and stuff)

Any questions?

List of things to take and do (this is by no means exhaustive or even correct, but it's an attempt) :

EVERYONE

Call mobile phone company to authorise call access from France, Belgium, Germany. Your phone charger.

Call Bank (should you wish to use ATM or credit/debit cards abroad) to authorise account access.

Passport
E111
Travel Insurance
Euros

Pillows and Quilts are included - but NOT the covers which you MUST bring.... therefore :

Pillow cases
Mattress sheet (Ian, you'll need a double - the rest are single)
Quilt cover (again, Ian, a double)

British -> European Mains Adaptor, if you have one.
Towels

CAR DRIVERS

The following are compulsory :
GB sticker
Hazard Triangle
Light deflectors (must be fitted even if only driving in daylight)
Bulb kit
Hi Vis jackets (you must have one for EACH PERSON IN THE CAR)

Paperwork (you MUST have the following in your car) :
V5C/Logbook
MOT
Insurance Certificate (ensure it's valid for the Continent)
Drivers Licence (BOTH parts if you have a photo licence)

Ferry crossing booking
Breakdown insurance (good idea!)
SPAItalia ticket(s)

If anyone thinks there's stuff missing from this list (and I don't mean pants Laughing ) then please post.

Hope that helps!

Bob

I would say that those driving should think about a basic tool kit and some spares that may get you out of trouble ie oil, water fan belts and the like.

Bob.

Are you planning on getting your tickets at the gate? Assuming you haven't got a ferrari as a company car and we will be walking in?
