|

Hi,
As the title asks, I would like to know what size tyres are homologated for this model.
My 33 16v's Registration Title (not sure what its called in english - in Portuguese its "Livrete") states that I should be using:
Front - 185/60R14
Rear - 175/65R14
Does this make any sense?
I'm running 185/60R14 All round...
Does anyone have the same "problem"
(Problem is that they pick on it at the MOT (or IPO here in Portugal )
All the best

Are you sure? Cause I always thought that the car runs better with lesser grip behind. _________________ Each time I speed I say, "Dear lord, make me fast and accurate..." |

D/K about 16v imported in portugal,
but 16v mainly left factory with 185/60/R14 all over, specaily if they were P4 which needs all tires same size.

Oh, I run on 195/50/ 15 all round. Lesser grip behind as in sometimes I try out different tyres in pairs. The different behavior in the under/over steer lets me study the new tyres well. _________________ Each time I speed I say, "Dear lord, make me fast and accurate..." |
